Australia is the only country that encompasses an entire continent and is most famous for its various array of fascinating creatures such as the kangaroo, dingo and the koala. Just off the beautiful east coast is the Great Barrier Reef, the biggest reef in the world!
The Teen Missions base in Australia is inspiring young Australians to serve Christ. With statistics saying Christianity is on the decline…they need hope! If you would love to serve Jesus as a preteen on the mission field—this is the team for you!
Project Expense: $ 4890 U.S. plus $30 Reg
Join us as we have the opportunity to minister with the churches in Noosa, working with the Aussies to share the love of Christ in the community there. Projects at the base you will be involved with are painting, landscaping and pouring concrete.
Following Boot Camp, the team will fly from Orlando to Brisbane, Australia via San Francisco. A four-hour bus ride will take you to your project at Teen Missions Australia base, located Near Tewantin, Queensland.
During your time in Australia, you will also get to explore some of God’s creations by going to the pristine beaches on the eastern coast and taking the opportunity to visit the ever-so-cuddly koalas while touring the world famous Australia Zoo. Enjoy shopping at the Eumundi markets where you will find a hub of national food, jewelry, art and souvenirs. You might also get to try some Australian favorite foods such as snags on a barbie and fairy bread.
