Delaynie’s relationship with God is rooted in knowing Him as her heavenly Father and trusting Him fully. She desires to serve and worship Him with her life and treasures seeing the transformation that takes place in teens over the course of a summer. Growing up as a pastor’s daughter, she was deeply involved in ministry from a young age and participated on two Teen Missions teams before leading three herself. Before joining staff, she earned certifications as a medical assistant and phlebotomist and developed a passion for pediatric medicine. Delaynie enjoys reading, baking sourdough, and relaxing at home with her husband, Will, and their cat, Lucy.

Will grew up in a Christian home but didn’t fully surrender his life to Christ until five years ago. He worked as a carpenter before joining Teen Missions staff and loves mentoring teens, helping them grow in faith and learn to serve with humility. Will has led one team alongside Delaynie and enjoys hunting, being outdoors, and staying active. Originally from Virginia, he moved to Florida after getting married and loves using his skills and energy to support teens on the mission field.
