Beth came to know Christ at 15 after watching a Billy Graham crusade on TV, and Paul gave his life to Christ at a youth camp as a teenager. Their greatest joy is seeing teens grow in faith and confidence as they serve on mission. Paul and Beth met on a Teen Missions team to the Philippines in 1983 and were married three years later. They joined the staff of Teen Missions in 1990 where they have faithfully served ever since.

Together, they have led nearly 30 mission teams around the world, investing deeply in the spiritual growth of young people. Paul manages Teen Missions’ Mobilization Department, overseeing leader placement, team setup, and travel logistics, while Beth brings her background as a Registered Nurse and love for God’s Word into her ministry. Married for nearly four decades, the Kostners have four adult children and enjoy life as empty nesters: working on projects and spending time together at home.
