Ministry Focus: Service Projects, Evangelism, Cross-Cultural Ministry
Region: Asia
Dates: June 16 - August 7
Cost: Pending...

The Philippines is a beautiful country in Southeast Asia made up of over 7,000 islands, known for its tropical beaches, lush mountains, and vibrant culture. Its history reflects a blend of indigenous traditions, Spanish colonial influence, and modern global connections. From bustling cities like Manila and Cebu to quiet fishing villages and remote islands, the Philippines is a nation of warm hospitality, rich traditions, and strong community life.

Spiritually, the evangelical church falls into the shadow of Catholicism. While many of the catholics believe themselves to be Christian, cultural traditions, nominal faith, and prosperity teachings often cloud a true understanding of the gospel. The openness of the Filipino people and the strong role of faith in daily life create great opportunities for discipleship, leadership development, and church planting to strengthen the church’s foundation and reach the unreached.

*Please note: Team projects and destinations for 2026 are currently in preliminary planning and may be subject to change.
