Bob Lane Newsletter (2026 Spring)

We helped lead so many teams over the years as ordinary people doing extra ordinary things for God.

To be able to minister in many churches, destroyed by the community rulers in Russia and the Ukraine, homes for orphans, food storage buildings, missionary plane hangars, mission landing strips in the jungles of Brazil, Peru and Honduras, and showing the Jesus Film. Giving out hundreds of Bibles, tracts to people who had never seen or had a Bible. It has been an honor serving with all of you, for God’s glory.

 Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 3:13 Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it, but one thing I do, forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. For me to live is Christ and to die is gain. But our citizenship is in heaven.

I turned 95 and had a nice birthday party at Teen Missions and with my family. June of this year will be my 50th year on staff with Teen Missions. It has been the best years of my life. My dear Betty served 45 years before she went home to be with Jesus our Savior. I was so honored and thankful to God to have her for my wife to love and be loved over 70 years. Truly a Prov. 31 woman. I long to see her in heaven.
