Judah & Elena Kelly Newsletter (Winter 2025)

Hey!

We hope you all had a blessed holiday season! Judah and I had a great time with both of our families. After some well-deserved rest, we dove into moving—more on that in a moment! 

Washington

First, we want to update you on our trip to Washington state. A few months ago we took a support-raising trip to Judah’s hometown, where we had the chance to reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and spend quality time together. While we’re still waiting to see how the support will come in (sometimes it takes a little while), we felt God had us there for a purpose. There were several moments where we could see His hand at work, and the spiritual warfare we experienced leading up to the trip confirmed it. We also enjoyed some fun things like hiking, visiting Seattle, and even taking a quick trip to Vancouver, Canada! It was refreshing to get a change of scenery and feel the cooler weather. 

Home Life

Now, onto our living situation—something that’s been a big prayer request. As we mentioned a few months ago, our previous home had serious mold issues, and we had to move out. Teen Missions provided a temporary place for us, but we’re thrilled to share that we’ve now settled into a permanent home! It’s such a relief to finally be done moving, and we’re so grateful for all the prayers and support during this transition. Thank you for praying for us! 

Now that the holidays are behind us, we’re back at work and getting ready for the busy season ahead. Summer is fast approaching, as well as the Teen Missions Mud Run and Spring Break trips. We are going to be leading a Spring Break trip to New York City. We are so excited!

Summer

This summer we have the opportunity to lead a team to Hungary. We will be involved in enhancing a church and its facilities, along with engaging in community service to support widows. Additionally, we will contribute to children’s camps by organizing and presenting activities such as music, skits, and puppet shows. We’re excited to see what God is going to do in the lives of these teens.

Other Prayer Requests:

That we continue to raise the support needed to meet our monthly goal.

For the team we’ll be leading this summer—that kids will continue to sign up, and prayers for preparation, unity, and spiritual growth.

For my brother, Liam, as he prepares for a year-long internship with Teen Missions next year. Pray that he’ll be equipped and encouraged for this new chapter.

Health issues various family members are experiencing.

We’re so grateful for your ongoing prayers. God is doing amazing things, and we’re excited to see what this year holds. We wanted to thank those who support us and pray for us. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey!
