Mpagaja Newsletter (Spring 2026)

Greetings in Jesus' name!

We thank you for your prayers and encouragement after the sudden passing of Cheyenne's dad. God is the only one who gives true comfort, and we feel that through His Word and His people. 

JAHSWEL'S WORK

A lot has been happening this spring, and Jahswel has been hard at work! The Big Top tent is up, and he was one of the chosen to climb up on top to secure the circus tent to the cables. He was also part of the evangelism crew on the day of the Mud Run, and 26 people came to know the Lord that day! Glory to God! Jahswel has also been overseeing the project of building permanent tent pads; six have been built this year, bringing the total to 48. Boot Camp preparation will continue from now until June, which will include clearing tent sites and many other odd jobs. 

JAHSWEL LEADING MALAWI TEAM

We originally had no plans of being gone this summer with our baby coming in the fall, but the Lord has His own plan! The couple who was going to lead the Malawi summer team had to cancel, and Jahswel was asked if he would take the position as the head leader, along with a female intern. After praying and discussing, the Lord gave us peace to say yes. He will join his team in mid-June for 10 days of Boot Camp training, then fly to Malawi for five weeks while Cheyenne stays home with Jedidiah and Lazarus. Please pray for our family during this time. 

BABY GIRL

We praise God for the joyous news that we're having a baby GIRL! We could not be more excited to welcome her into our family. We praise God for a healthy pregnancy thus far; we just ask for your prayers for Cheyenne as her energy level has been low, that the Lord would give her strength each day.

You are playing a great role for us to be able to follow God's call as we serve Him with Teen Missions. May God continue blessing you as you keep supporting us so faithfully.
