AN INTRODUCTION TO THE PHIPPENS

Seth and Emily are serving at the Headquarters of Teen Missions International (TMI) in Florida. Seth is the Vice President of Operations serving the global work of TMI. With more than 450 missionaries world-wide, Seth helps with training, resourcing, and encouraging each area of the global operations. He works directly with each TMI country Coordinator with individual strategy and logistics.

Countless lives have been changed through the Gospel of Christ over the past few months. Teen Missions (TMI) just completed six Boot Camps with more than 450 teens trained and sent on missions, obeying Christ’s command “Go and make disciples”. TMI declares the glory of God’s salvation to all who hear. As you partner with me and Emily, you participate in God’s work to “declare His glory among the nations” and call them to repentance and faith in Christ! 

Thank you for partnering with us in the work that God is doing. Emily’s pregnancy is going well and we are excited to meet our little one when she gets here. Baby Phippen is due at the end of July! James, Lauren, Emma, and Sadie are all anxiously awaiting their new sister. The past few months have been a busy, but exciting season as we prepare for our little girl to join us. The kids are a blessing and watching them grow brings us joy and lots of laughter. God has blessed us with an amazing family and we love serving God together through Teen Missions.  I am excited to help train and send the 200+ teens from Florida this summer. I continue to work and train our national Coordinators in 20 countries. Helping them develop ministries that train, equip and send men and women from within their countries, continues to bring challenges, joy and excitement.
