Rakotovao Newsletter (2026 Fall)
Dear Family and Friends, We wanted to share some exciting updates with you about how God has been moving in our ministry and family here in Madagascar. We just wrapped up an incredible TMI Boot Camp where we had the privilege of teaching and pouring into the local teens. It has been a season of stepping out in faith, and we are so blessed to witness all that God is doing in and through them. Together, the Boot Camp sent out eight teams to different parts of Madagascar to share the Gospel and help out local churches in those areas. Through these outreaches, over a thousand people made the decision to accept Christ into their hearts! It has been a busy and fruitful season behind the scenes, too. During the Boot Camp, Jessica had the joy of overseeing the staff kids and running a Sunday School for them. Once the Boot Camp wrapped up, Fifa headed out into the bush to lead a builders team in constructing a new circuit rider staff house. Back on base, Jessica stayed busy taking care of the food and cooking for the other builders team, who took care of the base. Our family is doing well, and all the kids are happy and healthy! Phoebe started kindergarten, right before first grade—she is so thrilled about it. Marianah is doing great, growing fast, running around, and learning so much; she is very talkative and completely full of life. Little Maggie is thriving too, growing so fast and changing by the minute, and recently got her first two teeth! Fifa also enjoyed teaching the books of Acts and Romans at the BMW bible school here on the base. Thank you so much for your continued prayers, love, and support. We couldn't do any of this without you partnering with us in the work of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Partner With Us As we are beginning the process of Fifa's immigration into the U.S. we need prayer to find favor with public officials, finance to afford the trip to and from the U. S. Embassy, (which was moved to South Africa) as well as our flights back to the U.S.
Prayer requests: 1. For God to be with the local teens who just finished their short term mission trips with TMI Madagascar. 2. For our health and safety as we serve the Lord here. 3. For God to bless our children with knowledge, understanding and fear of Him.
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
