Robert & Dorah Yoder Newsletter (Winter 2026)

Dear Family and Friends

Warm greetings from our home to yours. Happy new year to you all. We trust the Lord is taking care of you and we are so grateful to God for giving us another year to serve Him. We do not take this lightly as it is a great honor to serve the Lord. We pray this year for more of Christ in us as we seek to do His will. Psalm 28:7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly  rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise Him.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas that we spent at my parents house in North Florida. We always enjoy visiting them as they are older. Now we cherish every moment we get to spend with them.

Family Update:

We have opened school and the boys are continuing with soccer that they started last year. They will finish their season in April this year. The boys enjoy playing soccer and we enjoy watching them. Esther is beginning to learn to play pickle ball and she is also learning how to play the keyboard. Ethan is learning the guitar and Elisha is learning drums. Our house can be loud sometimes when they are practicing.

Dorah has been teaching the children—she has good days and she has some challenging days as well. Dorah also works two days a week helping mostly in the kitchen when there are retreats and she also cleans rooms for volunteers that stay on Heavenly street.

Robert is working with the maintenance department where he does a lot of grounds keeping and some driving, mowing and many other things he enjoys the people he works with.

We thank God for allowing us to be a part of the ministry of Teen Missions we continue learning new things

as missionaries.

Future Plans:

Time is going by so fast, it seems like yesterday we were finishing up Boot Camp. We are about five months away from Boot Camp and we are excited as this year we have been asked to go to the country of Hungary. This will be the first time Dorah and I have gone to Europe with a Teen Missions Team. This Year we will be going with Esther (as a team member) and Elisha as a staff kid. Ethan will God willing, be going to Albania with Teen Missions. All three of our children will need to raise support to go on their teams. We also need prayer supporters for all of us.

In closing we want to say how grateful we are for your support both prayer and financially. We run out of words on how to say thank you. Only God knows how you have been a blessing to us as a family. So from our family to yours we say thank you and my God bless you and keep you. We pray this year the Lord will bless you and keep you.

Prayer Requests:

1. The children would do well in home school.

2. More wisdom and guidance

3. Support raising for summer trips.

4. Good health

In His Hands,

The Yoder Family
