Thailand is located in Southeast Asia and is known for its friendly, fast-paced, and vibrant culture. It’s known for its variety of incredible landscapes, such as beautiful beaches, green mountains, and ancient ruins. Thailand experiences a significant amount of tourism. Something that stands out is its exotic and delicious food.

Honduras is a country in Central America with a diverse landscape of mountains, tropical forests, and Caribbean coastline. Much of the population lives in rural villages along the network of river systems. Honduras is a blend of many distinct cultures and people groups, such as the Karifuna and the Miskito. However, Spanish colonialism has also had a huge role in the cultural development of the nation.

Ministry

Your team will get to serve hands-on by serving through construction projects.

· Build relationships and share the Gospel with locals
· Help the Teen Missions base with service projects
· Minister to local kids at Sunday schools

Growth

A major focus of our teams is discipleship. Throughout the trip, there are plenty of opportunities to grow in your faith, learn from others and put what you're learning into practice.

· Personal devotions
· Group Bible studies
· Girls and guys focused-studies
· Memorizing Bible verses

Adventure

While sightseeing isn't our main focus, we like to give out teams a day or two to experience the area, have some fun and enjoy the views!

· Visit Pulha Falls, the tallest waterfall in Honduras
· Shop at local markets for souvenirs
· Go on a hike and swim upstream from the falls

Daily Life

Your team will likely be staying in dorms with showers. Your daily schedule will change depending on your host’s needs and leader's schedule, but here is a sample of the average team's day!
