Rakotovao Newsletter (2026 Spring)

Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you for your faithfulness in prayers, support and provision. We are continually amazed by your encouragement, generosity and wisdom.

This January we started the process for Fifa’s U.S. citizenship. The first step is to petition for his immigration into the U. S. which we did in February. It will take 10-16 months to get a response. 

In February we had the refresher for all of the staff of Madagascar. The south Teen Missions base, that is in Vangaindrano, came up north to Mahajanga. We all had a great time of fellowship and reminders of the rules of the ministry as well as the Vision: to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ all over Madagascar! 

In March Fifa’s dad and cousin came out to help us prepare for the birth of our daughter. We also celebrated Marianah's 2nd birthday.

Maggie Sarobidiniaina Rakotovao appeared at 12:25am on April 28th 2026. She was 3.4kg or 7.5lbs. Jessica did have a small tear, but she and Maggie were/are healthy and are doing well now. Her name means ‘Pearl of Precious Life’.

In May, we left for Tana to do Maggie’s Certificate of Birth Abroad and to get her U.S. passport. We were able to celebrate Phoebe's 5th birthday with all her family. 

We are continually amazed by the Lord's hand on us as we serve Him. He always provides, is always by our side filling us with His Spirit, and directing us in serving the Malagasy people.
