Hello families and friends of the Colombia Team,
This report is hard to write because the days are really merging together, however I will do my best to remember! The team have become pros at the Boot Camp lifestyle, we are at the point where they are used to the schedule and it is becoming easier for them. Starting tuesday we began new classes. We have had Carpentry class, Concrete class, Drama class, and Puppet class. We are almost to the end of our training and the Colombia team will have all the tools in their belts to do evangelism, presentation and construction. Your kids are really talented!
Even though we haven't won piggy, they are rocking the O/C! We only had one day of all of the boot camp (excluding orientation) where they were disqualified on the obstacles, and that is because they are communicating with one another so well! It is really impressive to see!
Shout out to Tessa L. who today volunteered to be the front flag. She ran up to the slough and none of the ropes were swinging. That girl jumped for the rope and completely cleared the slough! It was so impressive to see her accomplish that! The team was in absolute awe!
This week we were visited by Dr. Paul Veit, famously known as the "Dino Guy" , and taught 4 sessions both at rally and Bible hour, and the teens just love him! Our team was so invested with what he had to say and his messages brought so many deep discussions between our team during team time at the end of rally.
Boot camp is coming to an end quickly and as you are reading this the Colombia team will have completed their training and we will be packing up for Colombia.
Please pray for our team! We will be very busy and very tired. Pray that the Lord will give us energy while packing out and traveling. We will be heading out Commissioning night and spending the night in the airport on Commissioning night and checking in at 4:00 AM Sunday morning. We will arrive in Bogota Colombia between 1:00-2:00 in the afternoon Sunday. We will be sure to send an update when we arrive!

"When I got to Boot Camp I was nervous, excited, but also didn't know what to expect. It's been fun, impactful, hard, and i'm learning a lot. I cannot wait to serve others in Colombia with the skills i've earned in Boot Camp." -Tessa L.
"Boot Camp has been awesome: God has really encouraged me with all the people on my team. God has used the leaders and the team unity to encourage me with His provision God has encouraged me through all my devotions, leaders, and rally speakers. To trust His guidance."-Jett C.
