Last days in Joyabaj

The last three days have been split with half the team doing medical ministry and the other half finishing up work projects. Everyone had an opportunity to go and they all enjoyed it so much! Some team members checked in patients, some handed out free coffee, some played games with kids and some prayed with patients before they left. Today we are finishing the day by packing to leave for our next location! We were concerned when we woke up to no water this morning but that was quickly resolved. Our Guatemalan helpers made an amazing Guatemalan meal for lunch and they’re cooking again for dinner. We are looking forward to enjoying authentic Guatemalan food as our last meal in Joyabaj.

Personally I love helping kids. God was really moving in that area and what he is doing in Joyabaj is amazing. I love the message Send me is giving by doing this. -James B
