Rain, Rain go away!

Hello from Paraguay! The team has been working hard finishing up and starting some new projects. The team began digging two additional latrines, aside from the ones that have already been finished. These will be used by the team members that come for boot camp. Additionally all of the electrical and plumbing (for the indoor bathroom) has been put in place in the pole barn. With all of this ready we were blessed to start pouring concrete for the floor of the pole barn this week. We have been working in sections and are planning to have the entire floor finished by the end of the week. This seems to be a difficult task with the weather we have been having lately. It has been very hot and some days very rainy. We would love prayer to keep the rain away so we can continue our projects here. Along with work we have had some great time set aside for fun. This past Sunday some of the team chose to walk down to the river on the property and go for a swim. It was a great way to cool off on such a hot day! Some of the boys choose to get haircuts from one of the interns here. They feel fresh and ready to keep working in style. The team is loving it here in Paraguay and we are growing together as a team immensely. We look forward to completing our projects and returning to Florida for debrief. Thank you for your continued prayers!

Rainan B. Paraguay is nice, it’s been kinda hot but we have a cold front which is good. It’s been fun.

Jacob M. Hi family! The project site is going great and our team works well together. The weather is crazy but we are enjoying a break from the Florida heat. They feed us well and I am doing great.

Zane T. Hi mom and dad, Paraguay is going great. We have been working hard every day. From digging deep holes to clearing trails and burning brush. It kind of feels like I am at home.

Janaya M. Hey guys! Paraguay has been awesome we’ve gotten a ton of work done and it’s been so much fun! I love my team and leaders and the Lord has been teaching me a lot! Oh and the weather is so wacky!

Mr Josiah E. The work in Paraguay has been amazing, I am so impressed at what the team members can get done together. I miss you all and can’t wait to see you. Btw Judah, mice is nothing.
