Roughly the Temperature of Lava
This week has been HOT! In Paraguay, the temperature has rapidly risen! Our team went from being cold at night to being hot all day. Praise the Lord that we have had a breeze blowing constantly. Over the past week we have been able to continue working on the house for Jason and his family. The materials to complete his house arrived a few days ago. Unfortunately the truck got stuck and had to dump around 8 tons of gravel and sand up a hill. Over the past few days the team has been working hard finishing up the wall for the house and digging latrines for Paraguay Bootcamp. In addition to work the team has had a fun time playing with the Colombians and the Paraguayan. They play soccer and football both during the day time and even during the night. On Saturday, we enjoyed a dinner made by the Paraguayans. The team was very excited to eat Pizza and enjoy some soda. We have been very blessed by the people of Paraguay by their hospitality. Please continue to pray for our team as we work hard to finish the house for Jason and his Family.
Jonathan L. I have enjoyed the food and working with the Colombians. I have loved hanging out with the team and getting to know them better. It is an honor to be a part of building the new base for Paraguay Bootcamp as well as getting to present for a few churches.
Kent K. I have loved getting to spend time with the Colombians and Paraguays. The Colombians work so hard and are great to work with. The host Paraguayans have been so welcoming and hospitable. Plus their extended family have been coming down from the city and feeding us wonderful food! We are truly blessed!
