Thailand Arrival Report and Update

Greetings from Thailand! After 43 1/2 hours of travel, we have arrived safely at the BIFA arena in Chiang Rai. Before I tell you about our travel though I want to let you know how the rest of Boot Camp was. Thursday was our last day of training, and it was leader day on the Obstacle Course. Everyone except Lori ran, and the team got 13 people over the wall! We also were able to present our presentation to the Romania team and music instructors. It was great practice, and we are off to a great start. They sang three songs, did a puppet skit and did the drama called Colors that presents the Gospel message.

Friday was take down day. It is crazy how fast Boot Camp is transformed when the Obstacle Course disappears, and the Boot Camp office is removed.

Saturday was packout day. We took our tents down and moved our things into a dorm room for the night. We also got to serve as the kitchen helpers and assist in helping serve the teams at Boot Camp for lunch and dinner. Family and friends arrived for the Commissioning service, and we had fun visiting with them. The service was beautiful, and we all lit our candles and made the commitment to take the light of Jesus into the World! What a treat you all blessed us with. We were given snacks and more food and drinks than we could finish for our after party. We enjoyed some on Sunday for lunch and at the airport and even saved some to enjoy when we get back to debrief!

Sunday, we finished packing our duffle bags and backpacks for travel. We went to the airport around 3 in the afternoon. A lovely lady named Selma helped get us checked in. When we got through security, a group asked what we were doing and when we shared our mission they asked if they could pray for us.

These little experiences have been happening at every turn. We are keeping a list of all the little and big ways that the Lord is blessing us, and it is really keeping us focused on who is in control!

Your children are a treasure, and the leadership wants you to know how much we appreciate each and every one of them.

Ezra E. Hello friends and family! Much praises to God for very smooth travels and quality Emirate planes-the cool double deckers ones especially. Also so thankful for our caring leaders-every one is still here, alive, and healthy (but those who bought toxic waste candy won't be for long). So excited to meet the missionaries soon, thanks for all your prayers, love you guys!

Hannah G. Greetings dearest family, we just got to Bangkok and it is so totally awesome and 2 cool 4 school! I miss you mom, dad, David, Lois, and most of all, Mozey, Love ya!
