The Australia team has arrived in the Torres Straight
After a crazy travel schedule that included over 25 hours in the air and another 25 hours waiting in airports, we have arrived in the Torres Strait. During our final flight, we were able to see the beautiful Great Barrier Reef and the untouched wilderness of the Northern Peninsula Area from the air. We had to make an unexpected trip to Thursday Island because our boat to Moa Island was not scheduled until the next day. A church on the island graciously agreed to provide a place to stay for the night, scones and jam for breakfast, and taught the team how to harvest coconuts in the morning. This afternoon we plan to make the rest of the trip by to our project site on Moa Island. Please pray for safe travel over the ocean and our project on Moa Island.

Ezra E. - we have arrived in this beautiful land of Australia after some rough travels, but enjoyable flights together. We’ve already enjoyed getting to know so many amazing people on Thursday Island, who have all been so hospitable to us and willing to help us with all our bags, love you all, thanks for the prayers- God is already working great miracles!
Levi N. - Yesterday we slept in a church and today we cracked up coconuts in paradise. I love it!
