We enjoyed our travel to Thailand.

Wednesday morning, we slept in until eight o'clock. There was a bit of down time while the leaders were meeting with the missionaries about our schedule, but then the team was off and working after lunch. Our first project was cleaning the patio area and pulling weeds. In a hot humid climate, vegetation grows quickly, so this may be something we help with often. All of this work is done to keep the place looking nice for the constant visitors who come to participate in the Soccer ministry. Each day brings different age groups on the property. In the afternoon the team had an opportunity to hang out with the kids who came both to play soccer and volleyball. They had a lot of fun.

We also started some of our classes. Mr. Ethan is teaching our Bible study class which covers foundational lessons from Genesis. The kids also enjoyed spending time reading missionary stories during library reading time which we will have each day. Evening devotions also started, and Miss Kate challenged us to care for each other regardless of how we are feeling and to share the Love of the Lord with each other and not just the people we are evangelizing to. Tonight, we will be starting our Girls/Guys classes which are always a treat.

Lori was able to go to the store yesterday and got some fun Thai things to try. Last night we had Longkong fruit. The kids had fun trying it and they were delicious. That along with fresh pineapple made a wonderful dessert to our chicken stir fry. This morning for breakfast we tried Thai milk tea. Most of the kids tried it and loved it.

Today the kids are out putting primer on a wall that surrounds the property and needs painting. Some are helping to pull more weeds. They are enjoying the balance of work and soccer ministry.

Hudson P. We’re playing soccer and I’m really good at soccer. We’re helping work around the dorm as well. It’s fun, yesterday we cleaned the driveway and today we’re cleaning the wall so we can paint it.

Manaen C. Thailand is super pretty. We get to play soccer and the facilities are really nice. I can't wait to go shopping. We're cleaning waiting and painting. It's really great.

Joey BP. It's great to be in Thailand finally after the long flight and we're getting Into the schedule. It's really fun to play soccer with the kids and we can't wait for when we can do other projects around here.

Julia H. Thailand is so cool. We got to meet some of the kids at the soccer ministry and we played football in volleyball with them. They're super sweet. Miss y'all and love y'all.

Kenna P. Praise God we made it safely to Thailand! The flights were a little long, but we're all here! I'm really enjoying getting to know some of the local kids as well as getting involved in the ministry here. The kids here are ridiculously good at sports, but I'm loving the fellowship. Thank you all for your continued prayer and support. I send my love and prayers as well.

Logan T. Thailand's been going great. The plane ride was smooth and nice. The people here are so kind and caring. Soccer has been awesome. The rooms we got are so nice and Miss Lori is such a great cook. My leaders rock!
