Hello Prayer Partners and Supporters,

I hope your spring is going well! Thank you for all of your prayers and support. 

The Summer Program is Five Weeks Away

Wow, the summer program is coming quickly! Here at Teen Missions we have been very busy getting ready for Boot Camp. We’ve got the Big Tops up and the Obstacle Course set up. 

In the Video Department we’ve started work on a series of videos for parents of teens who are on teams. I’m excited to get the opportunity to help produce this resource for parents. They will be uploaded throughout the summer to encourage parents and help them to pray for their kids and teams. I have also been moved on to the Iowa Preteen team. The team will be working on work projects at a Christian camp in rural Iowa. 

Photography & Videography Workshop

This year, Teen Missions will be hosting a photography and videography workshop for a select number of registered team members. We want to teach the teens how to better capture their summer ministry. I’m excited to be heading up this project! The teens will come about two days early to Boot Camp for training. I’m looking forward to discipling these teens before they head out on their teams. Digital media makes a big a difference in teens’ lives. I’m looking forward to impacting these teens on how to use photos and videos for God’s glory!

Children’s Ministry

I was blessed to get to serve through Teen Missions at some homeschool conferences. Teen Missions partnered with the Teach Them Diligently conferences, and ran their children’s program. We basically ran a two-day program (similar to a VBS) for homeschooled kids, so their parents could attend the sessions. I was able to serve at two conferences, one in Nashville and one in Round Rock, Texas. It was great to spend some time with these kiddos and pour into their little lives.I’m grateful for the opportunity to minister to them and their parents! 

Teen Missions 5k Mud Run

We just had our annual Teen Missions 5k Mud Run on May 8th! We had well over 650 runners. The Video Department spent the day hiking through the trails and taking video clips for future promotional content. All proceeds from the event are sent to our overseas bases. The money is used to fund the purchasing of medical supplies and other relief items to help those in need. It’s pretty exciting to see the hard work of the Video Department helping to raise funds for the overseas ministry. We praise the Lord for all of the runners and the safety on race day!

• Please pray that I would have faithfulness and dedication to the ministry God is giving me.
