Good evening from Peru!
Good evening from Peru! We have arrived safely in Pucallpa, at Refuge of Hope where we’ll be serving the next few weeks. We praise the Lord for safe travels and good health. When we arrived to the camp, they had a nice snack waiting for us, and we are now settling in, trying to get organized. Most of the team is outside right now playing with the students who come for school here. Later, we will enjoy a meal that our hosts are preparing.
Tomorrow we plan to get work started and helpfully get a schedule set for the team. Please pray for us as we figure out our routine and start ministry here. Please also pray for three of our bags that are missing. Two of our team members are waiting for their bags to arrive tomorrow as well as the oven we had to bring with us.
We look forward to what the Lord has in store for us!
Peru Travel Update
It is Wednesday at Boot Camp, and the training is winding down.
Peru has finished the first half of Boot Camp training!
