Honduras Motorboat Sunday School Missions

Dates: June 11 - July 29, 2022

If you have an adventurous spirit, enjoy ministering to children, and you're not afraid of some hard work, then a trip to Honduras may just be the team for you! 

Travel:  After completing your training at The Lord's Boot Camp, you bus to the Orlando International Airport and board a plane for a short flight to Miami. A connecting flight, across the Gulf of Mexico, Cuba and the Caribbean Sea, takes you to San Pedro Sula, Honduras. From the airport, you will bus two hours south to the Teen Missions in Honduras BIBLE, MISSIONARY & WORK (BMW) Training Center near Santa Cruz de Yojoa. 

Ministry: After an overnight stop at the base to collect supplies, you will travel east by bus and pickup trucks to the new Teen Missions BMW in La Mosquitia, where you will be ministering to the people. There you will work alongside the Circuit Riders on the river, sharing the love and hope of Jesus Christ through dramas, puppets, music and games as you play with the kids. You may also be helping to construct a new Matron's Unit for the base at La Mosquitia.

Upon completion of your time ministering in La Mosquitia, you return to Santa Cruz de Yojoa to continue renovations on cabins at the base.

Adventure:  You will enjoy the beautiful scenery as you travel by boat to the villages along the Coco and Sico Rivers. At the end of this trip, you will enjoy shopping for hammocks, machetes, jewelry and many other souvenirs, as well as spending a fun day of sightseeing.

Project Expense: $2690 U.S. plus $30 Registration Fee
