Hello friends and family,
Since arrival day, the team has been busy settling in and learning their way around camp. It was a long day of travel and moving in for most, but spirits remained high.
Orientation Day went smoothly. The teams learned about camp rules, how to write letters home (some should be on their way to you, moms and dads!), and helpful skills like Bible verse memorization and photography.
The team is doing well on the Obstacle Course, most have successfully crossed the Slough. They got to enjoy the Galilean service this morning, which is a Sunday service out at the lake.
In the classes, the team has been doing a great job! From construction to music, they've been working on a wide range of practical skills they will use in Romania. They’re also doing a great job getting to know one another.
This is truly a wonderful group of kids who seem excited to be here. During free time and between classes, they're often found chatting and laughing.
Blessings
