Squeak through Malawi

What’s up y’all! We are back with another update! Our team has been busy since the last report. We are so blessed to have our mornings started off with beautiful sunrises, and the days are filled with a cool breeze and warm weather! No wet clothes! Praise God! Recently the team has been working outside around the base; hauling bricks and shoveling sand as well as help where ever there needs assistance. The team members and a few of the leaders had an an interesting adventure when Mr. Jahswel came into the dining room with COOKED MICE! Let’s just say there was lots of excitement and laughter. The Fourth of July happened! Go USA! We had a wonderful day with lots of yummy food and an advent full evening. We had an amazing opportunity to go to a local market! The team was able to get cold drinks and we buy material for wrap skirts and shirts. We than adventures over to the Great Lake Malawi and got to see the beautiful water and walk on the beach. On the walk home Mr. Jahswel shared with a group of kids the gospel and the team members helped pas out the wordless basclets. Following our lovely walk we the team participated in fun games and eating peach cobbler! It was a very full and eventful day! What a great way to celebrate The Fourth of July! The next day was Sunday which we were able to go to a local church in chipoka Malawi. The team was able to do there presentation which went to well! The service was so great as Mr. Jahswel shared, as well as the worship was so beautiful. The church was filled with clapping, dancing and smiles as we worshiped the Lord. It was such a blessing to be able to experience and worship with other brothers and sisters in Christ around the World. Later Sunday evening the team went to a soccer game in Chipoka to share the gospel during the half time of the soccer game! What a wonderful opportunity! We will be going to a small village to help with a clinic in Salima. We will hopefully be able to send another report to you depending on the cellular service! Here are some prayer requests for our team! * To continue in good health * safety as we travel to Salima * for persons of peace to share the gospel with and tend to at the medical clinics. * continued team unity God bless Y’all!

Hey Y’all! Malawi is amazing. I love talking to the kids. The worship is very different from home, but you can just see how the people love Jesus. This morning in church an older woman held my hand and went to the front of the church where she told me to “just dance.” I am excited to see God move as we start clinics this week. Love yall! - Grace

Malawi has been an incredible experience. The culture is so different, and the people are extremely kind. It has been “ Amazing” ( says in Mr. Jahswel’s voice). The food has been great, thanks to KP, and I even ate a mouse. I’m so excited to see what else the Lord has in store for this Trip. -Geoff

Malawi is so Amazing! The people, food, worship, and sunsets are great! I am truly having the absolute best time here. I am praising God for this trip! -Aliyah
