The Leadership Development Team (LDT) is in full swing this week.

Evan has been instrumental in his mortar and concrete knowledge. Peyton has learned how to use the concrete mixing machine and has done an amazing job. Andrew has shown such a willingness to work hard and do anything that is needed. Lily and Fiona were able to teach a class on how to make balloon animals. Many teams will be using balloons as a tool to share the gospel. Cory, Benjamin, and Evan have been helping with the medical class. They were part of a medical team last year so Mr. Kyle has asked them to help teach the medical teams. Micah has brought so much joy and laughter to our team and has been an amazing encouragement to us all.

Sunday was a slower day where we were able to get some rest and time together to practice some Spanish songs as well as enjoy some free time. Sunday dinner is always a favorite of pizza and milkshakes. Peyton, Benjamin, and Evan were able to help make the huge pizzas.
We are also helping out at the rally, doing the actions for some of the songs. We would love for you all to join us for the rallies online. You can watch them on the Teen Missions YouTube channel.

We continue to look forward to what God will do through each of the team members on this team. We have already seen such growth and a willingness to serve and lead. We are so blessed to have each one on this team. They have also been such a blessing to the leaders' kids on the team, playing with them and engaging with them. We are blessed to have such great role models for the leader kids to look up to.
