MOCE (goodbye) Boot Camp!
Today, our team performed their presentation for an evaluation by the music teacher. Their presentation was a compilation of singing, testimonies, puppets, and drama. It was filmed and will be posted on the website soon. They made a few mistakes, but they are already talking about what they will do better on the field. I'm excited to see them present the gospel through their presentations overseas. They will be able to perform in churches, schools, and an orphanage.
This morning, we ran our last obstacle course. It was leader day and Emily D. ran with the team. She even jumped for a rope at the slough and got soaked! At the wall, the team got myself and Emily D. over the wall in addition to 14 team members. Michael M. and Mathias were the two on top of the wall helping to pull up everyone. The progress at the wall obstacle has been awesome. The team works well together and encourages one another like a unified body of Christ.
From the team:
Today is the thirteenth day of Boot Camp training. It is the last day of classes. Classes are ending strong. We are all so excited to go to Fiji and share the gospel. We all have learned so much at Boot Camp. It has been challenging, but it has made the Fiji team so much stronger. - Autumn B.
Boot Camp is fun! Today we did presentations for on the field in front of the Uganda team. Advanced Evangelism is one of my favorite classes. We learned how to defend the Bible. The team is getting close and we are so excited to leave for Fiji.- Hadassah M.
