Hello friends and family of Team India!
These first few days have been crazy busy as the India team gets into the rhythm of Boot Camp life; we had Kitchen Patrol (KP) and bathroom cleaning on the very first day, and it felt as if we were flying from stop to stop in order to get to our responsibilities on time. Needless to say, the India team has blown us away with their flexible and gracious spirits, their ability to communicate with each other as a team, and their respect for each other and their leaders!
After cleaning the bathrooms, the team did get to have a fun time in the pool, and all enjoyed themselves. We walked through the Obstacle Course on Orientation Day and ran it for the first time Thursday Morning. Again, the team members have shown that they can work together, communicate, and encourage each other as they run the course! Thursday is the first day of Boot Camp classes, and they've been doing amazing as they hop from class to class. We couldn't have asked for a better team, and are so excited to get to know them as the summer goes forward!
Hello friends and family of Team India. So far Boot Camp seems to be flying by! I'm happy with how well we've done communicating and staying together on the O.C. and it's shaping up to be a lovely cohesive team and a good Summer. Right now, as I write, I'm watching our team practice the "Colors" drama. It's quite hopeful. Hello to Mom and David. I love you! -Sophia P.
